2. Demand Letter

In order to satisfy the demands of the foreign employer in accordance with their needs. A foreign employer can include additional terms and conditions in accordance with the policy of their organization in the Demand Letter.

3. Employment Contract

A contract is signed between the foreign employer and the candidate is as in accordance with the conditions in the Demand Letter.
